STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:
NEW PRODUCT ALERT! As soon as I saw this new oval punch in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog (available 9/1), I envisioned balloons and flower petals. It measures 3/4" x 15/16" and is rounder than the current oval punch collection. - Bright colors don't need a lot of embellishing. Balance the palette with white space and simplicity.
- The "balloons" are popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals and I used a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to draw the strings.
