Stampin up oval punch pals paper arts birthday card

It's time to play this week's Pals Paper Arts Challenge (PPA55) and it's all about bright and beautiful colors.  Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight collectively say "birthday" to me.   Check out this week's  Pals Paper Arts Design Team samples and cross over to the bright side!

STAMPIN' PRETTY TIPS:

  • Stampin up pals paper arts balloon card NEW PRODUCT ALERT!
As soon as I saw this new oval punch in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini Catalog (available 9/1), I envisioned balloons and flower petals.  It measures 3/4" x 15/16" and is rounder than the current oval punch collection.
  • Bright colors don't need a lot of embellishing.  Balance the palette with white space and simplicity.
  • The "balloons" are popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals and I used a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to draw the strings.
  • SDC14484-1 Aren't those Tempting Turquoise Flower Brads (from the Brights
Collection) splashy?  They come in so many colors that coordinate with
    the Stampin' Up! Core Colors.
  • Click to see my Holiday Mini Catalog Sneak Peeks in one spot.  Products will be available Sept. 1.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!  The Pals Paper Arts blog and challenge is getting a brand new "personality."  We can't wait to reveal what we have been up to and how you can join the fun starting Thursday, August 19.
