Colored Cuttles? Sure. With a few watercolor crayons and an embossed image, you can doll things up with color. To kick things off, I used Tempting Turquoise card stock, scored on the side. I added some paper piercing to the corners. A layer of Green Galore, embossed with Swiss Dots kicks out a textured banner.
Birds and Swirls dresses up the Whisper White card stock. Using Stampin' Up!'s Watercolor Wonder Crayons, I added color to the raised images. TIP: Concentrate color toward the middle of the larger objects, otherwise you risk going over the edges. TIP: A blender pen makes moving the color to the edges easy work and provides a watercolored finish. I cropped out the main image and the two progressively larger Scalloped Circles using Nestabilities Circles.
The "hello" sentiment is from Fundamental Phrases. I hail this stamps set as the "little black dress" of sentiments. Pretty much everything you need. I used Only Orange for the sentiment and popped it out with a Small Oval Punch, followed by a Large Oval Punch in Green Galore. A couple Green Galore Brads give some polish and Stampin' Dimensionals wrap things up. "You say 'good bye' and I say 'hello.'"
