It’s an adorable way to dress up a treat and is loaded with possibilities. The Stampin’ Up! Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies made the list of My Favorite Things in the Occasions Catalog for good reason. Check out those additional shape and sentiment dies!
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- The Mini Treat Bag Dies are so quick and easy to use. Watch this Stampin’ Up! video to learn more.
- Seeing stars? I used the Irresistibly Yours Specialy Designer Series Paper and Real Red Ink to create the splashy pattern. Earn it as a FREE gift with a $50 product order during the Stampin’ Up! Sale-A-Bration promotion. Ends March 31.
- Here’s my Stampin’ Pretty video demonstration on how to use the Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper. I used Real Red Ink on this project (sponge daubers) instead of Gold Encore Ink (the video). Both work beautifully!
- My design was inspired by this snippet from a fashion magazine!
- Keeping it together! For 3-D projects that need a little extra hold, I like to use Fast Fuse Adhesive. Just remember to snap (like a check mark) at the end of your adhesive “trail” for a clean finish.

🙂
color, pattern and design inspiration is everywhere, Liz!
YES!!! Can you believe the extras that come with the Mini Treat Bag AND those flip card thinlits? I knew last year that I probably wasn’t going to make a flip card any time soon, but I bought the set for the extras. The Mini Treat Bag, though ….. I may have squealed out loud when I saw it!
Thanks for the extra tip, Mary!
That really is a beautiful treat bag. The real red is glorious. Thanks for showing your inspiration too – I must leave my carding brain switched on when doing other things!
I remember finding inspiration in my daughters clothes . . . darling prints!
Its not only an awesome treat bag, its loaded with shapes, words and a wealth of possibilities!
Hello, I really love that cute little bag n all the ideas I have to have it the
Mini treat bag set it’s perfect n thank u for all the inspirations …:-)
LOVE this!! fun to see your inspiration too! i am always amazed at where i find mine (my daughter’s clothes!). i think i need this treat bag die.
Real Red (or any color, to the best of my knowledge) should work well. I used a sponge dauber to rub the color on in circles and then remove excess (on the embossed/shiny areas) with paper towel. A snap!
LOVE how you used the Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper to create this darling mini treat bag. Real Red…..such a WOW COLOR!
WOW!!! I had no idea that Irresistibly Yours would take as strong a color as the Real Red! LOVE the Mini Treat Bag. I’ve cut up all my retired DSP into little bags and am using them to hold a little “welcome to the neighborhood” treat in our still-constructing neighborhood. Thanks for the inspiration, Mary!
