That title is the essence of alliteration! The Many Merry Stars Simply Created Kit from the Holiday Supplement (available while supplies last) is a quick and fun way to produce beautiful holiday decor, placecards, top a package or even cut a little “trap door” in the back to tuck in a few goodies. Watch these two Stampin’ Up! Video Tutorials to witness the simplicity and possibilities! If you are receiving this post by email, please click on the post to view the videos.
STAMPIN’ PRETTY TIPS:
- I added the star boxes to my fireplace mantel. I think it looks pretty dishy with the garland (Pottery Barn) and the festive star boxes. What could be easier?
- The kit makes 26 star boxes in 6 sizes, from 2″ to 15″. My favorite part? The kit is the perfect opportunity to bring friends and family together for creative holiday time.
- My dear friend, Kadie Labadie, and I enjoyed the star box making “production line” together. We moved to my kitchen island (not My Stampin’ Studio) so that we had lots and lots of continuous counter space.
- Each box offers the opportunity to add your own creative spin.
- Here’s the skinny. The star boxes come with adhesive side strips. However, I highly recommend using Sticky Strip Adhesive as an insurance policy, especially for the smallest boxes.

Your mantle looks great! So fun and festive! 🙂
Very inspiring…I need to “get going” with this! You and Kadie did a beautiful job!
Robbye, in spite of using a bone folder (thanks for the tip, Kadie) to really press the adhesive, I still had a little “wardrobe failure” on the smaller boxes. Sticky Strip ensures the edges are going to stay put!
Your mantel looks lovely. I really love this kit and I hope SU will do another home decor kit that’s similar. Thanks so much for the tip about the sticky strip ( I thought mine were the only ones ).
We had scones, coffee and great conversation as well! Thanks again, Kadie!
Your mantel looks amazing with the star boxes and greenery! Beautiful! I’m definitely going to get this one. Wishing you the beginning of a wonderful holiday season. Your daily posts continue to inspire, instruct and impress. Hats off to you!

Okay my friend……Your star boxes turned out so fabulous on your mantel. LOVED spending the morning with you – Let’s do it again after the holidays. Thanks for sharing!
One of my favorite ideas in the video is to use one of the star boxes on gift packaging (large or small). It really makes the presentation over the top!
Oh my kit is sitting very close to me and now I am really anxious to get it started!! Looks great Mary!
We had a wonderful time. I truly see this as the perfect project to do with others . . . perhaps a new holiday tradition!
Your mantel looks very lovely and festive and you and your friend Kadie look like you are having such a great time.
