Woo Hoo! Birthday Card

  • The Stampin' Up! "Woo Hoo" single stamp makes a statement and leaves a crisp impression.  I used my snips to crop the frame and popped it up on Stampin' Dimensionals.

  • The pink layers of the cake were paper pieced in--a simple change that brings the stamp to life. 
  • A Glue Dot keeps the center of the bow in place.
