Here are tips if you experience an error when attempting to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin.
Problem: Error states web page cannot be displayed check connectivity or diagnose problem
Solution: Select the following in the browser menu bar
If issue is with Internet explorer
- Tools or could be a gear icon > Internet options>Advanced (tab on top)
- Check under security
- Make sure there is a check mark in; Use TLS and Use SSL
If the issue is with Firefox
- Tools>Options>Advanced>Encryption
- Protocols
- Use SSL 3.0
- Use TLS 1.0
