Time to reveal a look at the Walk in the Park Designer Series Paper, available in the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini on April 1. The set includes pretty patterns in Basic Gray, Kiwi Kiss, Cameo Coral, Baja Breeze and So Saffron. Here's a quick link to more of my samples from the Occasions Mini.
I began with this sketch challenge (FTL32) from Clean and Simple Stamping. The Textured Baja Breeze butterfly emerged from the Big Shot using Stampin' Up!'s exclusive Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die. TIP: Using a Paper Piercer, I defined the borders of the lovely wings. Two Pacific Point Corduroy Buttons give it a fabulous figure.
The large Cameo Coral scallop circle was created using the Big Shot and Scallop Circle Bigz Die. The colorful Walk in the Park Designer Series cicle was cropped to 4" in diameter (exactly the size I "dialed") using a Circle Scissor Plus (see tips on using the Circle Scissor Plus in yesterday's post).
The sentiment from Three Little Words was inked in Pacific Point and stamped on Baja Breeze. I pierced the edges and adhered it with a couple Stampin' Dimensionals to a Kiwi Kiss mat. The 4.25 x 5.5 card base in Baja Breeze is topped with a snappy Kiwi Kiss pattern from Walk in the Park.
