Here’s a funky little card with a retro feel. I ran some Chocolate Chip card stock through my Cuttlebug for some swanky embossing and attached it to a Very Vanilla base. The horizontal banner is River Rock (very cool color, soft greeny beige . . . partners with everything) textured card stock and I popped in a couple jumbo eyelets with my Crop-A-Dile.
Spring Solitude’s triple flower grouping is stamped using Sage Shadow ink on Sage Shadow card stock. My little birdie is inked in Sage Shadow and his branch in Chocolate Chip. Both were stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock (punched with the Marvy Mega Circle Punch) and layered over a Chocolate Chip scalloped circle (courtesy of Marvy punches again, in the giga scallop size).
The sentiment (Hero Arts) is stamped on Very Vanilla and punched with the 1 3/8" circle punch. I then punched River Rock with the Stampin’ Up! Scalloped Circle punch and made a "peek-a-boo" window for the sentiment with the 1 1/4" circle punch. It gets a little extra lift from some dimensionals.
Hugs and Pretties, M
